可拆板式換熱器由焊接流道和常規(guī)流道交替組成。兩張板片互相顛倒180度焊接而成板片組，形成焊接流道；每一板片組之間采用密封墊密封，形成可拆的常規(guī)流道。敏感性介質流經焊接流道，常規(guī)介質流經常規(guī)流道進行換熱。激光半焊板式熱器特別適用于氨和氟利昂等制冷劑的蒸發(fā)和冷凝，對于化工和一般工藝熱交換中對墊片會產生腐蝕的介質亦是理想的熱交換設備。

Semi-welded plate heat exchanger is made of cassette channel and regular channel one by one. Two plates are laser welded to a cassette channel; regular channel is sealed by gasket through two cassettes. Aggressive media will go through cassette channel to transfer energy with normal media, which will go through regular channel.
