可拆板式換熱器由焊接流道和常規(guī)流道交替組成。兩張板片互相顛倒180度焊接而成板片組，形成焊接流道；每一板片組之間采用密封墊密封，形成可拆的常規(guī)流道。敏感性介質(zhì)流經(jīng)焊接流道，常規(guī)介質(zhì)流經(jīng)常規(guī)流道進(jìn)行換熱。激光半焊板式熱器特別適用于氨和氟利昂等制冷劑的蒸發(fā)和冷凝，對(duì)于化工和一般工藝熱交換中對(duì)墊片會(huì)產(chǎn)生腐蝕的介質(zhì)亦是理想的熱交換設(shè)備。

Semi-welded plate heat exchanger is made of cassette channel and regular channel one by one. Two plates are laser welded to a cassette channel; regular channel is sealed by gasket through two cassettes. Aggressive media will go through cassette channel to transfer energy with normal media, which will go through regular channel.
